New York based Kyle Hislip is an editorial and fine art photographer whose work focuses on people.  People who face challenges from being on the autism spectrum, people who are performing artists.  He has been on staff of many major magazines such as InStyle, People, Real Simple and TVGuide as a senior color retoucher, where color management is critical and photo realistic artwork is created.  Kyle also produced advertising photographs for Macy’s department store and was an assistant photographer at studios of New York City shooters Darrin Haddad and Vis Vitae studio.  Hislip recently earned his Master’s in Digital Photography degree from New York’s prestigious School of Visual Arts, and will exhibit his work at the SVA Chelsea Gallery.

Kyle is currently completing a book project titled
”The Human Spectrum : Coming of Age With Autism”, about young people on the autism spectrum transitioning to adulthood. The project has been featured in the Star-Ledger/NJ.com media:
